8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All payments made on the QONECT app are processed securely via Razorpay.

  • Refunds are only applicable for payments related to subscription or service fees not involving any insurance issuance.

  • Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of payment by writing to support@qonect.in, along with payment details.

  • No refunds will be issued once an insurance policy has been generated, as insurance activation is immediate and irreversible.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method, subject to Razorpay’s processing timelines.
