• Other wellness and financial services

Users agree:

• Not to provide false information

• Not to misuse the platform

• To maintain confidentiality of login credentials

• To comply with all applicable laws

All payments are processed through authorized payment partners.

Fees, subscriptions and charges displayed before payment are deemed accepted by the user upon successful payment.

Certain products and services may be offered by healthcare providers, insurers, financial institutions or other partners.

QONECT does not guarantee approval, eligibility or availability of third-party products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QONECT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access where fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or policy violations are detected.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
