Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the QONECT app or website operated by Thangvung Privilege Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using QONECT’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to access and use QONECT services. You must also have valid ID proof for KYC verification.

2. Our Services

QONECT offers:

  • Medical emergency loans (subject to eligibility)

  • Access to microinsurance through our partner institutions

  • Subscription-based financial tools and support

  • Credit builder products for underserved users

Note: QONECT is not a bank or insurer. Loans and insurance services are facilitated through RBI-compliant partners and licensed insurers.

3. User Responsibilities

By using QONECT, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration, KYC, and loan applications

  • Use the app only for lawful and personal use

  • Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or harm the platform

4. Loan Approval and Interest-Free Period

  • Loan approval is subject to KYC verification, income check, repayment capability, and creditworthiness.

  • The interest-free period (if applicable) is offered only to eligible users based on internal assessments and may vary by applicant.

  • Any false or misleading information may result in denial or cancellation of loan services.

5. Insurance Policy

  • Insurance benefits are activated only after payment confirmation and successful policy issuance by our partner insurer.

  • Once the policy is generated, the premium is non-refundable.

  • Insurance terms are governed by the respective insurer’s policy and regulations.

6. Subscription and Payment

  • Certain features of QONECT require a paid subscription.

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

  • Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of payment unless the insurance policy has already been issued.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for service fees and subscriptions not linked to issued insurance policies.

  • Once an insurance policy is generated, no refunds can be issued.

  • Refund requests should be sent to hello@tpsqonect.com with proof of payment.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of QONECT is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data privacy seriously and comply with applicable laws for data protection and user consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or failures in services due to third-party systems or regulatory processes

  • Medical outcomes related to the use of financial support

  • Losses due to incorrect or incomplete user information

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse of services, or fraud.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Churachandpur, Manipur.
