CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Subscription Services
Users may cancel future subscription renewals at any time.
Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for services already provided.

Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered for:
• Duplicate payments
• Technical payment failures
• Incorrect billing
• Services paid for but not delivered
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.

Insurance Products
Insurance products are issued by licensed insurance partners.
Once an insurance policy has been issued or activated, payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or insurer policy.

Healthcare Benefits
Benefits already used, redeemed or consumed are not eligible for refund.

Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
